- Non-Returnable: Special orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as each item is made specifically to your specifications.
- Order Confirmation: By placing a special order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
- Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure that special orders meet the highest standards. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
- Communication: Clear and detailed communication is crucial for special orders. Please provide accurate and complete information to avoid misunderstandings or errors. For special order equipment, documentation may be limited. If you require sew-offs or have specific needs, these must be discussed in advance. There is no implied warranty on how the machine will perform on your specific project. Once you sign the purchase order, all items—whether equipment or parts—are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
- Payment Terms: Special orders may require a deposit or full payment upfront. Payment terms will be specified at the time of order confirmation.
