The 205RB-7DD-1 is a high-performance, heavy-duty single-needle lockstitch machine designed for precision and efficiency in demanding textile environments. It features an integrated 750W direct-drive servo motor that eliminates the need for belt connections, ensuring smooth operation with a maximum speed of 2,200 S.P.M. The machine is equipped with fully automatic functions managed through a digital control panel with a numerical display, including an automatic electric foot lift, automatic thread trimming, and a specialized top-thread electric clamping system for cleaner finishes. 

Designed for versatile material handling, it utilizes an upper and lower drop-feed system with alternating presser feet to sew through light- to heavy-weight materials such as canvas, leather, vinyl, and synthetics. Operators can achieve consistent results with digital stitch-length control of up to 8 mm (3 S.P.I.), while specialized controls such as the reverse knuckle switch and the half-stitch and jog switch allow for precise detail work.

For extended production cycles, the unit includes a large side-loading bobbin and a horizontal-axis hook, supported by an automatic lubrication system that helps reduce maintenance requirements. Additionally, the machine provides enhanced visibility with built-in LED lighting and comes standard in a 220V configuration, with an optional 110V/220V converter available separately.
