Overview
The Model 287RB-3 is a heavy-duty, single-needle cylinder arm lockstitch machine designed for sewing medium- to heavy-duty materials such as leather, vinyl, upholstery, canvas, and laminated fabrics. It features a compound feed system with walking foot and alternating presser feet to ensure consistent feeding of multiple layers or slippery materials.
Equipped with a vertical axis rotary hook, reverse feed, safety clutch, and the Centra-Lube® semi-automatic lubrication system, it is well suited for tubular and curved sewing applications. The 287RB-3 is commonly used for products such as caps, cushions, footwear, upholstery, bags, luggage, tents, covers, and other heavy-duty sewn goods.
