The Consew 733R-8 is an extra heavy-duty single needle lockstitch machine engineered for demanding sewing applications involving extremely thick and durable materials. Designed with an extra large workspace, alternating presser feet, reverse feed, and an extra large oscillating shuttle hook and bobbin, this machine delivers consistent stitch quality and reliable feeding performance on heavy assemblies.
Featuring an impressive 40 mm extra high presser foot lift and the ability to sew materials such as Cordura®, Dyneema®, and webbing up to 12,000 ppi, the 733R-8 is ideal for industrial products including harnesses, cargo slings, safety belts, tarpaulins, parachutes, industrial bags, and other extra heavy-duty sewn products. The machine also supports thread sizes up to Tex 700, making it suitable for high-strength stitching operations.
